Throughout his career of more than 21 years, he has gained huge experience by taking on a variety of different senior roles in banking in many European countries. He surrounds himself with result-driven people willing to grow and always have the customer in mind.

He is often invited to share his experience and vision about the industry at different conferences and events throughout Europe. Petr holds a BSc in Investment and Financial Risk Management from the Cass Business School, UK, and is an active Angel Investor and Mentor of a number of start-ups.
