Rajat wears multiple hats of Technology Consulting, BFSI Alliances, Managed services in addition heading BFSI Consulting vertical. Under his leadership, BFSI vertical has flourished extensively with Xebia winning and delivering large scale digital transformation programs across Banking, Fintechs and Insurance organizations across the globe.
Prior to Xebia, Rajat was Senior President at YES Bank, heading AI/ML, Digital and Innovations for more than decade and a half. During the stint, Rajat implemented multiple cutting-edge solutions across Data, AI/ML and Digital Channels for customers and employees.
Rajat is a Gold Medalist from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology and has completed his MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management. Pre-MBA he also worked as Software Engineer in Aricent Technologies for 2 years while building software solutions for telecom clients.
