He is a Seasoned Technology Leader with extensive experience in Technology, Digital and Agile Transformations and is awarded for achievements in great Innovation and Technology Transformation programs and accomplishments in most challenging contexts. Further, he is experienced in shaping and executing Long-term technology strategies and Road maps aligning and enabling key initiatives of Business Strategy. Demonstrated the ability of building and leading high performing teams in Complex Matrix Organizations.
In his most recent experiences, he has worked on enabling the Enterprise agility and simplification to serve the organisations’ goals. This was achieved mostly through his former positions at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) where he was responsible for IT Strategy , Agile Transformation and Digital Capabilities; and at Emirates NBD, one of the largest banks in the Middle East, as CIO Retail Banking/Head of Agile Transformation. He has also worked in Emirates Airline as Head of DevOps Transformation / Head of Digital Transformation Cabin Crew. He brings also relevant value from his time at ING Bank (2001 – 2013), where he had various roles; in his last role he was responsible for all global finance reporting systems
